1. The nominal cross-section of the conductor of the cable core wire does not meet the requirements.
Generally, the nominal interface is larger than the actual cable produced, and the cable with a nominal value biased to the standard will have a larger cell current density. During its operation, the cable is prone to fire due to the inability to generate heat normally.
2. The cable production process is poor.
There are some cable manufacturers do not strictly follow the standard during the production of cables. Even some cable manufacturers will use some poor raw material. Because the cable with bad quality, therefore, it is easy to cause a fire in using.
3. The material of the cable is not pure or unqualified.
The core wire of the cable is generally made of some conductive materials of copper or aluminum, there are some unqualified materials or material of insufficient purity instead of them, which causes the cable to be reduced electric power, due to they contain more impurities. Therefore, the material used as the core wire must be some high-quality electrolyte materials, the main conductor is copper and aluminum generally.
4. Insulating materials do not meet the requirements or are not processed properly.
We know that the outer part of the cable is generally wrapped with a material with insulating properties. If the quality of the insulating material is unqualified, it will reduce its own pressure resistance during use and cause unqualified resistance. In addition, long-term use will shorten the service life, and it is easy to cause some short-circuit faults to cause a fire.
5. Improper transportation.
Most of the cables are subjected to strict quality inspection before shipment, however, it was pressed and collided during transportation, because there was no correct protection, resulting in damage to the insulation layer or internal core breakage.
